The publisher's personal postal address is not published. GDPR requests can be exercised by email.

• Contact form: first name, last name, email address, subject, message, browsing language and anti-spam signals needed to process the request.
• Technical logs: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent and server events needed for security, diagnostics and proper VPS operation.
• Consent preference: acceptance or refusal of audience measurement, stored locally in the browser.
• Optional audience measurement: public pages viewed, language, content type, article or project slug, possible external source and limited public events, only after consent.
• Supabase administration: administrator accounts, roles, article/project content, design tokens, editorial settings and technical records needed to edit the site.

• Replying to messages sent through the contact form: legitimate interest in processing a received request or pre-contractual steps depending on context.
• Securing the site, preventing abuse and diagnosing incidents: legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable service.
• Managing site content, projects, articles and settings: legitimate interest in administering the site.
• Measuring public audience and interactions: prior consent when the measurement tool is enabled.

• Contact messages: up to 3 years after the last useful exchange, unless deletion is requested or longer retention is necessary for a dispute.
• VPS technical logs: up to 12 months, unless longer retention is strictly necessary to investigate a security incident.
• Analytics consent: stored locally until the person changes or withdraws their choice.
• PostHog audience measurement data: retained according to the PostHog project settings, with a target maximum of 13 months for public audience reports.
• Supabase administration data: kept while the site and associated administrator accounts are maintained, unless deletion or anonymization is appropriate.

The VPS and email services are operated by IONOS in Germany. Audience measurement uses PostHog's European host when enabled.

Supabase and PostHog may rely on technical subprocessors located outside the European Union. Any transfers are governed by their data processing agreements and applicable mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses where required.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data, or object to certain processing where the law allows it.
